Black-and-white photographic print at Moore Dry Dock Company, photographed by Gabriel Moulin Studios, April 20, 1945, and captioned on the front and entitled: "Group of naval officers, civic officials and executives. Guests of Mr. Timothy A. Folger (center). On tour of inspection of the plant of the Moore Dry Dock Company--and particularly the extensive repairs on the USS War Hawk--Oakland, California, April 20, 1945." The reference to Timothy A. Folger is a joke since Mr. Folger died in 1803; in his place is a figurehead of Mr. Folger, the current location of which is not known. A short biography is pasted between the group and the caption.
